Tennis - A Weird Sport
I hate Tennis. Every year in Australia, we get swept up in the much-hyped Australian Open.
Sure, playing Tennis is tough—but I honestly think being a Tennis fan is even tougher. The atmosphere at each match feels like a make-believe carpet of compliance, where candid feedback, shouting, mocking, or any other “unsophisticated” fan reaction is frowned upon.
Sorry, but if I’m expected to behave with aristocratic diligence, I’d rather go to the opera or a classical music concert. A sport—especially a physical sport—shouldn’t demand that kind of hush-hush pretentiousness.
Oh yea, piss off Djokovic.
